Shane brings over 10 years of leadership and management experience to his position as Office Manager at Mallard Plumbing and Mechanical. From coffee shops to call centers, Shane enjoys helping companies grow and evolve. Shane and Bob are cousins that grew up like brothers. Shane loves to travel with his wife and two daughters, attend leadership seminars, and drink excessive amounts of coffee!

Bob founded Mallard Plumbing and Mechanical in 2014 and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in the Warminster area, Bob realized at an early age that he loved working with his hands. When he’s not in the office or out in the field, Bob enjoys being with his family, camping, and enjoying outdoor activities.

Paul grew up in the Lansdale area. He's one of eleven siblings! He joined the Mallard Plumbing and Mechanical team in 2018 as a laborer and is now hard at work in our apprenticeship program. Paul’s dedication to providing good service fuels his growth in the company. Paul has a passion for sports and working with his hands.
