I called Mallard for a grinder pump that stopped working on a Saturday. Their technician, Paul, was able to meet me at the property within 90 minutes. He arrived clean, courteous, and was very professional. Paul explained his diagnosis of the issue and costs before the work began. In addition, he explained a few worst case scenarios if he ran into potential issues during the repair. Thankfully, it was simple and the original quote was all that I paid. Paul was able to correct the issue quickly and left the area cleaner than it was when he began.
