Meet Some of the Team
Bob Austin III
Bob is the founding member of Mallard Plumbing & Mechanical and has over 15 years of experience in the industry. He opened the doors of Mallard Plumbing & Mechanical in 2014. Born and raised in the Warminster area, Bob realized at an early age that he love working with his hands. When he’s not in the office or out in the field, Bob enjoys being with his family, camping, and doing basically anything outdoors.
Shane Austin
Shane brings over 10 years of leadership and management experience as the Office Manager at Mallard Plumbing & Mechanical. From coffee shops to call centers, Shane has been helping companies grow and evolve. Shane and Bob are cousins, but grew up together like brothers, so when the opportunity came around to work together, both Bob and him jumped on the chance. Outside of the office, Shane loves to travel with his wife and 2 daughters, attend leadership seminars, and drink excessive amounts of coffee!
Paul Faucette
Paul grew up in the Lansdale area. He's 1 of 11 siblings! Paul has passion for sports and working with his hands. He joined Mallard in late 2018 as a laborer and has since moved into the apprenticeship program to continue his growth in the company.
